Seriously AMAZING! In a very stressful time, it was a relief to have Curt and his team doing the inspection. They took their time to point out the things they were finding, ensuring I knew what needed to be fixed and how/why it was an issue. During the inspection, he was training two junior inspectors, making sure they were included and quizing them on their knowledge. It was nice to see him being kind to his employees, making sure they were going to be successful in the business and company.
Stephen arrived earlier than expected and diligently started the inspection. He was very patient, taking the time to answer all my questions, and his findings were thoroughly explained. I am extremely satisfied with the efficiency and professionalism dedicated to the job, and highly recommend.

Curt and Cindy Lind are the CEO, s of Lind’s Property Inspections.
Before being becoming CEO in April 2022, Curt was C&C Home Inspections Part owner. He was responsible for the company’s operations, end-to-end management of C&C Home Inspections, and the service and support in all markets of the Hampton Roads Area. He also headed C&C Home Inspections key role in the continued development of strategic Real Estate relationships, ensuring flexibility in response to an increasingly demanding marketplace.
Curt and Cindy served in the United States Navy. Curt was a chief Petty officer and served his great country for 24 years. Cindy Served her great country for 13 years. Curt earned an BA from Saint Leo University in 2014 and received his Virginia Home Inspector certification in 2017. Cindy earned her BA from the University of Phoenix in 2016.
